The brand was looking for a new way to distribute their products. They also wanted to give a new style/image to the brand. We designed the new strategy, the marketing plan, set up the product range and manage sales. We are still involved day to day in all these fields.


Motobuykers is a Spanish web site specialized in motorcycle flash sales. In 2013, we started our collaboration to get into the French market. We collaborated during 3 years. Our main mission was to push on marketing side, explain them how the motorcycle French market works (competitors benchmarking, analyse the key facts of the distribution, end consumers expectations, etc...) and to design the supplier map.

Then we worked with them on purchasing the best products/brands and setting up good partnership with the best suppliers in Europe (France, Benelux, Uk, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Austria, etc...)


Manage 11 salesmen on the French market.

Coordinate, plan, increase sales of the following brands: Puma, Macna, Booster, Sixs, KYT, Kini/Red Bull.

Manage the business with the key accounts and chain stores.


Manage 8 salesmen on the French territory.

Manage key accounts and chain stores.

We manage the shoes licence worldwide: design, production, sales, marketing, etc...


POLO is a multi-channel retailer of motorcycle clothing, accessories and equipment. The company has a wide range of own-brand products developed by its in-house design and development team. It is the the second largest supplier of motorcycle accessories and equipment in Europe.
The company is owned by the investment firm Equistone ( ).

Polo launched in 2016 a new B2B program: sell his own-brands throught the European distribution channels. We manage Spanish and Turkish markets.
